HeyBuddy was founded by Mia Simon Ancog, a Filipino business owner who worked closely with clients, businesses, and remote professionals before starting the company.
That experience showed her the value a well built remote team could bring to a business. It also showed her that access to talented people was not enough. Successful partnerships required clear expectations, thoughtful preparation, consistent communication, and support for the people responsible for the work.
HeyBuddy was created to bring those elements together.
Today, the company works to build partnerships where clients understand how their teams are supported, professionals understand what is expected of them, and both sides have a clear foundation for working together.
The Philippines was never separate from the story. It helped shape the company from the beginning.
